I am not a Doctor and have never played one on TV,  I'm just a guy that has studied Biochemistry, and have been my own Test Subject. As it turns out, this is a Good Thing, most Doctors are NOT Nutritionist either, so we are on our own.

In a 2016 study, researchers found that Medical School programs averaged 2.8 hours of instruction on obesity, nutrition, and physical activity counseling, and only 42 percent of them taught the residents techniques for how to perform health behavior counseling.

Learning that I wouldn't live forever, and after the heart break of that bit of common sense I started studying Longevity, this subject brought me to this point in my learning.  At least now I may live longer and have tons more energy.
